Description
“a palette that sings a quiet song of being on the edge of the land and getting wet toes where a river meets the sea and the dark water from the forests slips into the welcoming embrace of the blues, tiny shells gleam underfoot, seaglass winks between perfectly polished pebbles, driftwood asks to be gathered and maybe a fragment of amber dreams of being found by a gentle wanderer strolling a sandy shore….”
Our ambassador and friend, an incredibly talented artist from Australia with Latvian roots India Flint put together this beautiful palette of 15 colors in a tin with a sliding lid:

- Bronze Caput mortum
- Deep blue

- Silver tuff
- Bat
- Captain’s grey
- Mother Earth grey

- Jay blue
India is an amazing artist with a tidewandering theme often appearing in her work – textiles, text, sketchbooks, and poetry. She generously takes other souls on her wanderings and we are so happy DeepDeepLights have become her close companions.
Mixes nicely with other natural and human-made pigments. For best performance add a few drops of water some minutes before working with it. It will reactivate the pigment and will be more fluid.
All our watercolors are handmade from pigment or pigment mixes, binders, and essential oils as conservative. The binder is made by ourselves from gum arabic, natural honey and/or glycerine, and water. Our watercolors have a flowery scent, with lemongrass as the top note and sandalwood as the base note
